  • Do I need a referral from my GP?

    You don’t need a referral from your GP as this is not covered under a Mental Health Care Plan or Medicare.

  • Do you offer a rebate?

    No, there is no rebate offered. However, more than happy to discuss payment plans and options if this is needed.

  • How long are the sessions?

    The counselling and coaching sessions can go for 50 minutes each. However, some people have found it helpful to do double sessions (for 1 hr and 40 mins) so that they can get more traction with skills and support. Happy to accomodate for whatever you would like to do.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Of course there are have payment plans. There is a deposit for the Guided Reset and the VIP Reset, which is non refundable and then there is a weekly cost after your session. Otherwise you are welcome to pay in full.

  • How do I book a consult call?

    Please use the booking system located on the home page or you are welcome to send an email with your availabilities and we will be in touch.

  • Do you offer groups?

    As interest grows there may be the possibility of having group sessions as community is so important.
