The Reconnect to You Program is an 8-week 1:1 Online Program led by counsellor, Carlie Schofield, and her unique signature method. This Program is designed to help mothers find more balance, reduce stress and burn out, find their identity, and find joy both in motherhood and themselves.

During the 8 weeks you will have 1:1 sessions, which you can complete weekly, fortnightly or as double sessions.

You will also have bonus sessions with a naturopath to work on your physical health and an energetic therapist to connect with your spirit.

And you will have access to an online hub full of resources to help guide you in between sessions.

    This program is $1997 - which consists of $797 deposit towards the program followed by 8x $150 payments.

  • What makes me and this program unique in this space is that it is a holistic program focusing on evidence based psychological techniques as well as utilising cultural and spiritual elements that have helped heal me along the way. I have training in both psychology and counselling, which gives me strong foundations to provide mental health and emotional support to mothers.

    Being an Aboriginal woman has given me the lived experience of someone who has been marginalised. I did not expect this marginalisation to continue in another aspect of my life when I became a mother and so I bring these lived experiences in helping mothers I work with.

What is included in the Program?

  • This Program is designed to help mothers find more balance, reduce stress and burn out, find their identity, and find joy both in motherhood and themselves.

  • We walk you through our signature program which utilises the Four E Framework. The first stage is the evaluation stage where we assess the concerns and provide psych-education to help you understand the issues. The second stage is the effort stage which involves looking deeper at your concerns and identifying cycles of symptoms as part of the CBT model. The third stage is where we look at the emerging of your identity as a mother and how you are adjusting with the stories you tell yourself as well as what ideal life you would like to be living. Then lastly in the fourth stage is the empathy stage where we look at developing self compassion and generosity with ourselves as mothers and women without the shame and guilt.

  • Weekly sessions for the 8 weeks with counsellor, Carlie Schofield, which can be taken as single sessions or double sessions.

  • Access to full training hub or videos and templates with unlimited access, including regular updates.

We ask for a non-refundable deposit at the start of the program, however, if you are unhappy at any stage during the program you can be exited out and still keep access to the training hub and templates.
